TAKE NOTICE BEER LOVERS!

The Wenatchee Valley and surrounding communities is your next beercation destination.   Plan a trip to the heart of Washington and discover the refreshing taste of liquid gold made by small-craft independent brewers passionate about what goes into your ice cold glass of beer.  AND, you can enjoy a plethora of outdoor recreation activities, culture, tasting rooms, agriculture and first-class amenities all wrapped up in small-town charm thru out the year.  'Washington's Playground' as some would call it.   And now we can add BEER to that roster of the best things about the Wenatchee valley locals love.

WENATCHEE VALLEY & SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES ARE HOME TO 10 SMALL-CRAFT BREWERIES.

In a land of gorgeous sprawling orchards, vineyards and wine tasting rooms (70 within a 50 mile radius), the Wenatchee valley and surrounding communities are now home to 10 small-craft breweries dotting the lush landscape, from Wenatchee's Brewers Row  to Lake Chelan's brewpubs and to Leavenworth's outdoor beer gardens.    And as an added bonus each of these breweries also serves good pub food with a casual and lively atmosphere you can enjoy indoors or outdoors with a view.  All of them are family friendly and in some cases dog friendly too.

But it's not only about the beer!

A DOZEN NEW CIDERIES BETWEEN WENATCHEE AND METHOW VALLEY LINE THE LANDSCAPE TOO!

There are a dozen new cideries that have popped up as well between Wenatchee and the Methow valley.  Which makes alot of sense as this region is the 'apple capital of the world' and only the freshest local apples and pears are used in making local ciders.   Pear cider too?  Yes, pears plucked right from the tree and into the production process for the most flavorful ciders around such as Pear Up cider.  So don't forget to add cider tasting rooms to your tour list!

So pack your bags beer drinkers (and wine/cider drinkers too)!  It's time to book the hotel in the Wenatchee valley and enjoy your BEERCATION!

Savor all the flavors of our local beers and ciders in one day without  driving to each brewery by coming to downtown Wenatchee for the 3rd annual Ale Trail.  A self-guided beer and cider walking tour taking you in and out of the best downtown shops with each shop featuring one of 16 local and select Washington breweries and cideries for an afternoon of beer tasting, shopping, and entertainment  on what will most likely be a sunny and warm Eastern Washington day.

Wondering what to do with your long weekend in Wenatchee?  Here are a few of my suggestions for either your whole family or adults only.

ENJOY YOUR VISIT AND OUR BEER!
